Advertising, marketing, and sales activities are also coordinated by the team in Indonesia, although it is possible for each entity to have its own marketing and sales teams. However, access is strictly limited to parties with “need to know” and “need to have” principles.

We apply standard binding internal policies and standard contract clauses in each and every entity of the company.

We ensure that third parties will only utilize the Data Subject’s Personal Data as necessary to support the provision of services. Additionally, we ensure that vendors, consultants, or other third parties are subject to binding agreements with us and implement confidentiality obligations or have appropriate levels of protection.
